Returns
- Unopened and Unused Products
- We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 30 days of the purchase date.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at returns@elmorebeauty.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Please ensure that the product is in its original packaging, with all accessories and labels intact.
- Opened or Used Products
- Due to the nature of our cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used.
Refunds
- Eligibility
Refunds will be processed for eligible returns in accordance with this policy.
- Processing Time
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 days.
- Exclusions
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any product not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Return a Product
To return a product, contact our customer service at returns@elmorebeauty.com to obtain the returning address and the Return Authorization (RA) number. Include the RA number on the return package. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service.
